Shipping and Store Policies
Orders placed that are over $500 USD in value and are scheduled to be shipped are subject to additional security verification via phone and/or email. We may also request a photo copy of your driver's license and verify the credit card used in the purchase.
Your order may be subject to cancellation if there is no return communication upon this request, or if our security terms are not met within seven business days.
All orders, unless noted as a pick up in our stores, are shipped from our Portsmouth, NH warehouse. Please contact us with any questions or concerns on shipping or the online purchase process.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, returns can be brought back to one of our locations or shipped back to us. Shipped returns must have a provided tracking number and may be subject to mandatory insurance coverage based off item value. We do not accept Collect on Delivery services (CODs).
Proof of purchase/receipt is required for all returns, and items must have all associated product tags and packaging. We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise received. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor charges are non-refundable (e.g. custom built wheels).
All special ordered bicycles and merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail. All on sale or closeout items are final. All bike sales are final.

We will deliver anything you want! A new bike, that must have helmet for your nightly ride, or your son or daughter's birthday bicycle.

- 10 mile radius - $25
- 11-50 mile radius - $100

Some items may be unexpectedly out of stock with restock ETAs that are longer than normal. In the event an item is backordered, we will reach out to you via email or phone with an estimated restock date and any available alternatives (if available). There are no fees should you decide to cancel the order. In orders with multiple items, only in-stock and available items will be charged to your credit card. Should multiple shipments be required to fulfill an order, the total shipping charge between the multiple shipments will not exceed the amount invoiced on the original order.
