Policies and Shipping


Orders placed that are over Five Hundred Dollars in value, and scheduled to be shipped, are subject to further security confirmation by phone and/or email. We may also request a photo copy FAX transmission of your drivers license and credit card used in the purchase.

Your order may be subject to deletion if there is no return communication or if our security terms are not met within seven business days.

All orders, unless noted as a pick up in our stores, are shipped from our Portsmouth, NH warehouse please contact us with any questions or concerns.


We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.


If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to one of our stores or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). 

All returns must have proof of purchase receipt and items must have all associated product tags and packaging. We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)

All special ordered bicycles and merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail. All on sale or closeout items are final. All bike sales are final.


Orders requesting in-store pickup will be ready after 4:00 pm the same day if received by 11:00 am (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All items for "In-Store Pickup" are subject to availability and current stock on hand.


We will deliver anything you want! A new bike, that must have helmet for your nightly ride, or your son or daughter's birthday bicycle. Just like being green by riding your bike, we too are green with our Eco-friendly Sprinter Van.

Delivery Charges are as follows:

  • 10 mile radius- $25
  • 11-50 mile radius- $100

Three shipping options are offered for merchandise delivery:

Standard: $15.00 (5 to 8 business days)
Premium: $45.00 (3 to 5 business days)
Express: $55.00 (2 to 3 business days)

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping charges because of size or weight.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Contiguous U.S.


Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
